TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (AI): Building and optimizing conversational AI chatbots and agent quality systems with an accent on data pipelines, evaluation harnesses, and operational reliability. Focus on defining metrics-driven improvements for resolution rates, managing knowledge base architecture, and designing human-in-the-loop workflows to ensure agent performance at scale.

Location: Must be based in Singapore with a current right to work (no visa sponsorship provided)

What you will do

  • Own the knowledge base structure, content quality, and retrieval coverage for AI agents.
  • Design and maintain agent evaluation frameworks, including test case schemas and automated scoring rubrics.
  • Partner with engineering to define product requirements for agent runtime, observability, and debugging tools.
  • Manage labeling pipelines, including annotation specifications and training data impact tracking.
  • Drive metrics ownership, including resolution rate, fallback rate, and CSAT.
  • Design human-in-the-loop workflows for case routing and correction data capture.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of PM experience with at least 2 years as a primary owner of a production chatbot or AI agent product.
  • Mandarin Chinese fluency required.
  • Must have current right to work in Singapore (no visa sponsorship).
  • Hands-on experience with knowledge base management, labeling, and conversation analysis.
  • Proven ability to deliver quantified business results in production AI environments.
  • Familiarity with at least one chatbot or agent platform such as Coze, Dify, or Dialogflow.

Nice to have

  • Experience designing agent evaluation harnesses and automated scoring pipelines.
  • Background in product-designing internal agent platforms or observability tooling.
  • Experience with LLM-as-judge evaluation and regression testing for non-deterministic systems.
  • Domain knowledge in customer service, operations, or financial services.
