TL;DR

Location: Onsite in Singapore. Must have current right to work in Singapore; no visa sponsorship provided.

What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for AML transaction monitoring, KYC/KYB, and sanctions screening.
- Identify and resolve pipeline gaps, lineage issues, and data quality problems to improve analytics output.
- Develop compliance-specific data marts and semantic layers to enable self-serve analytics for data scientists.
- Partner with ML engineers to productionize feature pipelines and ensure data freshness for compliance models.
- Integrate LLM tooling into the development workflow to accelerate coding, documentation, and debugging.
- Implement data quality monitoring and build controls to meet regulatory data retention and access requirements.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in data engineering, ideally within financial services, fintech, or compliance environments.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience in Spark, Hadoop, or Databricks.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Google BigQuery, AWS Redshift, or Alibaba MaxCompute.
- Current right to work in Singapore (no visa sponsorship available).
- Fluency with AI-assisted engineering and LLM coding tools in a production environment.
- Strong understanding of data governance, access control, and audit trail requirements in regulated industries.

- Familiarity with the crypto ecosystem, on-chain data structures, and VASP regulatory frameworks.
