What you will do

• Lead threat intelligence-driven and standard adversarial engagements as the primary technical operator.
• Execute sophisticated attack chains across complex enterprise network architectures.
• Research, develop, and operationalize proprietary offensive tools and advanced techniques.
• Provide mentorship and technical coaching to team members while contributing to industry knowledge through blogs and conferences.
• Collaborate on scoping initiatives and provide subject matter expertise for high-stakes sales presentations.
• Define and refine internal technical processes and TTPs to standardize service excellence.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of experience performing adversarial simulation engagements.
• Recognized security certifications such as CCSAS, CCSAM, CRTO, OSED, or OSCE.
• Deep technical familiarity with Windows, Linux, and MacOS internals.
• Extensive understanding of the MITRE ATT&CK framework and OWASP Top 10.
• Proficient communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience in programming or scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, C, C++, C#, Java, Nim, or Rust.
• Ability to provide technical and QA oversight on the Red Team service line.
