Product Designer (EE TV)

Product Designer (EE TV): Shaping the next generation of TV experiences across mobile, app, and big screen platforms with an accent on content discovery and navigation. Location: Must be based in London, working in a 3-together, 2-wherever hybrid model.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for EE TV across mobile, app, and big screen platforms.
• Lead improvements in content discovery and navigation to enhance customer experience.
• Drive measurable improvements in engagement, retention, and cross-sell metrics.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams from concept through to final delivery.
• Provide design direction and feedback to external partners and software providers.
• Contribute to design strategy, standards, and the evolution of design systems.

Requirements

• Strong experience in product (UX/UI) design with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership.
• Proven ability to design across complex digital products and multiple platforms.
• Confident managing stakeholders and influencing decisions across cross-functional teams.
• Experience contributing to or evolving design systems.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe CC.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for TV, streaming platforms, or 10ft interfaces.
• Understanding of accessibility principles and inclusive design standards.
• Background in telecoms, media, or multi-product consumer ecosystems.
• Experience using customer insights and analytics to inform design decisions.
