What you will do

• Develop and deliver savings pipelines, category strategies, and sourcing plans.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing projects, including complex commercial negotiations and contractual arrangements.
• Optimize category spend and minimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) through commercial and process levers.
• Collaborate with technical teams and procurement colleagues to execute category plans and align business units.
• Manage strategic supplier relationships to ensure performance, compliance, and continuous innovation.
• Provide business partnering support across all units to enable informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading strategic procurement and sourcing activities.
• Deep knowledge of software procurement, including complex licensing models and commercial structures.
• Ability to develop and evolve category strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Strong track record in complex commercial negotiations and contract management.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in Dublin, Ireland.

• Experience engaging and influencing stakeholders at Director and SMT level.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for senior-level decision-making.
• Strong commercial judgement and a record of delivering against performance metrics.
