What you will do

• Oversee logistics operations for assigned categories to ensure compliance and alignment with standard requirements.
• Analyze key performance metrics to identify process optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage suppliers for inbound, inter-plant, and outbound material, equipment, and finished goods.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient and on-time product delivery to customers.
• Utilize data analytics and advanced technologies to develop innovative logistics solutions for business operations.
• Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams and logistics service providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a technical discipline (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering).
• Minimum of 3+ years' experience in logistics operations.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting cost and operational data to provide actionable insights.
• Demonstrated expertise in supplier management, freight management, and KPI tracking.
• Advanced proficiency in business data analytics tools and methodologies.
• Must be based in or be able to work in Leixlip, Ireland (Hybrid model)

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Business or a technical discipline.
• Experience managing sensitive air cargo and special handling requirements.
