What you will do

• Engage with Area Coordinators to manage supplier-related tasks and equipment qualification.
• Track supplier performance against established scheduling standards and drive root cause analysis for misses.
• Facilitate supplier meetings to review performance, schedule impacts, and remove execution roadblocks.
• Manage MQI activities and 8D corrective actions to ensure quality standards are met.
• Develop strategic labor planning and platform-level labor waterfalls using Power BI.
• Support vendor acceleration activities by validating resourcing and updating project schedules.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in equipment expertise, program management, and factory ramp-up.
• Must be able to work on-site in Leixlip, Ireland.
• Not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft BI.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and manage multiple competing priorities.
