What you will do

• Analyze institutional market trends and client needs to identify differentiation opportunities.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of institutional products like VIP loans, credit lines, and market maker programs.
• Prioritize product requirements using data-driven analysis to maximize business impact.
• Collaborate with engineering, risk, and compliance teams to build secure and scalable financial solutions.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure product performance and alignment with firm strategy.
• Partner with sales and relationship management teams to drive client onboarding, retention, and growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Must have a current right to work in Singapore
• Proven track record of managing successful product launches throughout the lifecycle.
• Experience with institutional credit products such as margin lending or secured financing.
• Deep understanding of crypto exchange products and institutional trading workflows.
• Strong communication skills for producing high-quality roadmaps and presentations.
• Experience leveraging AI/LLM tools for product operations and data analysis.

Nice to have

• Experience building a zero-to-one product.
• TradFi experience in FX, Equities, or Fixed Income.
