What you will do

• Manage end-to-end delivery of service agreements, ensuring the agreed scope is executed as planned.
• Coordinate resources to deliver maintenance, shutdown, spare part, and performance services for customers.
• Facilitate communication between customers and internal teams to ensure alignment and project momentum.
• Proactively develop LifeCycle Services by anticipating current and future plant needs.
• Support business development through renewals, new agreements, and spin-off sales.

Requirements

• Degree in chemical, mechanical, electrical, civil engineering, or a similar field.
• More than 7 years of experience in the Pulp and Paper business or other relevant industries.
• Fluent English and Spanish language skills.
• Availability to travel more than 75% of the time to customers and across borders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
