What you will do

• Design and customize mill liner products to meet customer, operational, and manufacturing requirements.
• Produce solid models, detailed drawings, engineering calculations, and technical documentation.
• Utilize CAD, FEA, and DEM tools to analyze product performance and support design decisions.
• Participate in customer site visits, field evaluations, reverse engineering, and product trials.
• Provide technical advice and problem-solving support to customers and internal teams.
• Support new product development and the commercialization of improved engineering solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of engineering design experience within mining, metal casting, or heavy manufacturing.
• Intermediate to advanced CAD capability (Unigraphics NX or similar), including solid modelling.
• Demonstrated experience with FEA and DEM simulations.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and design for manufacturability.
• Physical capability and willingness to travel to mine sites for inspections and technical support.

Nice to have

• Experience with grinding mills, mill liners, or other mineral processing equipment.
