What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for on-chain deposit and withdrawal processes.
• Implement compliance strategies and frameworks to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, product development, operations, and QA to integrate compliance into planning.
• Conduct competitor and user research to identify pain points and opportunities for innovation in transaction processes.
• Define detailed product requirements and user stories for engineering and design implementation.
• Analyze key performance metrics such as conversion rates and transaction times to drive product improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Proven experience designing and building compliance systems such as KYC, sanction screening, or transaction monitoring.
• English and Chinese (Mandarin): Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Location: Must be based in Singapore.
• High technical proficiency with the ability to design scalable and extensible system solutions.
