TL;DR
Principal PM, Affiliate & KOL (Web3): Scaling affiliate and KOL marketing channels for EEA and other regulated onshore markets with an accent on data-driven optimization and ecosystem building. What you will do
- Define and execute the affiliate product strategy for EEA and other regulated onshore markets including AU, SG, UAE, BR, and TR.
- Build data-driven systems to measure and optimize affiliate quality, retention, and ROI for BD teams.
- Own the affiliate product infrastructure, encompassing dashboards, attribution, commission calculation, and partner lifecycle tooling across mobile, web, and APIs.
- Manage end-to-end affiliate operations, including onboarding, campaign design, and incentive experimentation.
- Design and scale affiliate programs and cross-market performance benchmarking.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth, affiliate/partnerships, or product-led growth, preferably at a crypto exchange or hyper-growth consumer platform.
- Strong product mindset focused on systems, funnels, and scalability.
- Advanced analytical capability to design quality scoring, cohort retention analysis, and ROI models.
- Experience driving growth in regulated or compliance-heavy environments, particularly in European or multi-jurisdictional markets.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Must be located in Hong Kong or Singapore.
