What you will do

• Lead Arabic language quality initiatives, conducting localization reviews and UX testing to identify cultural and functional discrepancies.
• Apply and refine LLM prompts and AI workflows to drive terminology consistency and efficiency across all Arabic content.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to ensure optimal RTL behavior and cultural appropriateness.
• Manage end-to-end Arabic localization projects, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors.
• Analyze content performance and SEO signals in the Arabic market to improve acquisition, conversion, and engagement.
• Maintain translation assets, including style guides, glossaries, and translation memories.

Requirements

• Native fluency in Arabic and business proficiency in English
• Proven experience in Arabic translation, localization, or LQA, leading projects from inception to completion.
• Hands-on experience using AI/LLM tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for prompt design and AI output QA.
• Proficiency with Translation Management Systems (TMS) and Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Degree in translation, linguistics, content marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Experience in creative translation and transcreation for Arabic cultural contexts.

• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and performance metrics in the Arabic market.
