What you will do

• Synthesize needs from Product, Engineering, and Marketing into comprehensive design deliverables.
• Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into disruptive new products and features.
• Create wireframes, user flows, journey maps, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Partner with cross-functional peers in Asia and internationally to define initiatives and create solutions.
• Collaborate with UX Research, UX Writing, and Brand teams to shape the overall design vision.
• Elevate design quality by facilitating design thinking workshops and formal design reviews.

Requirements

• Solid experience in Product Design, Interaction Design, or UX Design.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to advocate for design decisions.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams including Product Managers and Engineers.
• Deep understanding of design-critical thinking and user-centered design methodologies.
• Ability to independently validate designs using experimentation and research techniques.
• Must be able to work onsite in Hong Kong.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent experience.
• Experience designing for Fintech, Investment platforms, or Crypto products.
• Experience working with global teams across offices and timezones.
• Desire to mentor cross-functional peers and evangelize design practices.
