What you will do

• Define and maintain the visual language governing illustration, motion, iconography, color, and typography as scalable, programmable systems.
• Bridge the gap between Brand and Product Design to ensure a coherent visual identity from marketing campaigns to core product flows.
• Set the creative bar and art direction for all product and campaign work, ensuring quality scales through encoded systems.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a global team of visual designers, transitioning them from tactical production to systems-oriented design.
• Build reusable creative infrastructure, including token-driven frameworks and templates to increase deployment speed.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in visual design with a portfolio demonstrating concept-driven work and art direction.
• Proven track record of leading and developing design teams, including hiring and mentoring.
• Deep expertise in defining cohesive visual systems and scalable art direction.
• Professional background blending both agency and in-house product experience.
• Strategic systems thinking with a focus on reusable frameworks and design tokens.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into professional creative workflows for production and systematization.

Nice to have

• Experience in crypto, fintech, or other highly regulated fast-moving industries.
• Experience leading globally distributed teams, particularly within the APAC region.
