What you will do

• Lead the planning, design, and implementation of the engineering system.
• Analyze business needs and develop complex system architectures in collaboration with product teams.
• Design and develop components based on the company's microservice framework.
• Introduce innovative technologies and solutions to enhance system capabilities.
• Establish internal coding standards and manage the technical quality of the team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Core Java development and experience with large financial systems or e-commerce platforms.
• 1+ year of experience in payment platform development.
• Proficiency in Java 8, multi-threading, high concurrency, and IO/NIO.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems and high-availability architecture.
• Knowledge of Spring/Spring Boot, HTTP, TCP/IP, and REST specifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related major.

Nice to have

• Experience with international clearing, settlement, or foreign exchange transactions.
• Fluency in English.
• Knowledge of Cassandra, Redis, NoSQL, or Hadoop.
• Experience with Kotlin, Scala, Python, or Golang.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, AWS, or Aliyun Cloud.
