Location: Must be based in São Caetano do Sul, Brazil (Hybrid: 3x a week in office).

What you will do

• Support product development quality activities for new project launches.
• Analyze test issues, identify root causes, and coordinate technical resolutions.
• Audit dealer PDI yards and warranty claims to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor vehicle conditions in GM yards and manage preservation actions.
• Track issue breakpoints with plants and suppliers to support timely resolution.
• Coordinate parts shipments and manage customs compliance for failed-part analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Automotive, Industrial, or related).
• Advanced or fluent English required for global business communication.
• Experience in program management and product launch support.
• Knowledge of quality auditing, ISO tools, and vehicle component diagnostics.
• Proficiency in data management and analytical tools.
• Must be authorized to work in Brazil (no immigration sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

• Spanish language proficiency.
• Experience with Power BI or local analytical tools.
