What you will do

• Review rejected tasks daily to verify the accuracy of rejection codes applied by the advocacy team.
• Identify and flag miscoded rejections that have active revenue recovery potential.
• Document and track quality findings to support improvements in advocacy workflows and tools.
• Prepare structured audit reports and provide feedback to the Director of Patient Advocacy.
• Participate in calibration sessions to align audit standards with operational expectations.

Requirements

• Must be based in Manila, Philippines
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree or higher preferred.
• Prior experience in a healthcare, patient access, billing, or quality assurance environment.
• Proficient computer skills with advanced Microsoft Office capabilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with patient assistance programs, copay support, or pharmaceutical access programs.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHRs) such as EPIC, Cerner, Meditech, or Allscripts.
