What you will do

• Architect and maintain high-performance, highly available distributed services for the P2P marketplace.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Marketing teams to deliver rapid cross-functional innovations.
• Solve complex business logic challenges to improve global user experiences.
• Provide technical guidance, conduct peer code reviews, and champion continuous improvement.
• Drive the full software development life cycle (SDLC) and enhance cross-team communication.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Java development.
• Hands-on experience with Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud for Microservices/APIs.
• Strong understanding of multi-threading, distributed architectures, CAP theorem, and data consistency.
• Proficiency with relational/NoSQL databases, Kafka, ElasticSearch, and Redis.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Linux environments, and CI/CD processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
