What you will do

• Develop and maintain critical trading infrastructure microservices.
• Design and implement enterprise-grade distributed architecture solutions.
• Build and maintain the core strategy engine with a focus on high-performance backend and APIs.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure high code quality.
• Ensure scalability, resiliency, and maintainability of all software systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize software solutions and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Solid STEM education background.
• Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with WebSocket and GraphQL.
• Proficiency in Linux environments and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of scalability, resiliency, and maintainability principles.

Nice to have

• Experience with Kafka, Redis, SQL databases, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of market microstructure of crypto trading.
