What you will do

• Collaborate with technical leads, liquidity managers, and product managers to design and implement trading strategies.
• Own the strategy production environment, managing both feature build-outs and infrastructure upgrades.
• Proactively improve system stability, scalability, and auto-recovery capabilities for 24/7 crypto trading.
• Maintain a deep understanding of technical infrastructure and a holistic view of offshore and onshore markets.
• Manage inventory and risk of applications while solving complex technical problems independently.

Requirements

• Solid STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) education background.
• Proficiency in the Java programming language.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for the crypto industry and readiness to learn new technologies.
• Must be based in Hong Kong
