TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Almaty, Yerevan, or Tbilisi (Hybrid or Onsite)

What you will do

  • Manage the full production cycle of 3D character faces and bodies from reference to final validation.
  • Develop and refine character likeness, anatomy, skin details, and artistic quality.
  • Participate in R&D initiatives to optimize character pipelines and quality standards.
  • Evaluate and integrate new tools, technologies, and workflows into the art process.
  • Create and maintain documentation, guidelines, and best practices for organic modeling.
  • Collaborate with the art team to maintain high visual standards for character assets.

Requirements

  • Native Russian language proficiency required.
  • Proven experience as a 3D Artist on AAA projects.
  • Strong understanding of human anatomy, proportions, and ethnicities.
  • Proficiency in Blender, ZBrush, and Substance Painter.
  • Experience working with MetaHuman and AI-powered tools.
  • Understanding of game-ready and production-ready asset requirements.
