What you will do

• Create and modify 3D assets for game environments in a semi-realistic style.
• Produce clean and efficient UV layouts and bake normal/texture maps using industry-standard workflows.
• Develop and edit textures and materials using Substance Painter.
• Assemble game locations using existing asset libraries and modify environments based on feedback.
• Set up and adjust basic scene lighting and composition.
• Collaborate with artists, leads, and production teams to achieve project goals and technical specifications.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of 3D modeling principles, preferably with 3ds Max experience.
• Proficiency in Substance Painter and experience baking textures and maps.
• Experience creating UV layouts and preparing assets for texturing.
• Practical experience working with game engines and level editors.
• Basic knowledge of lighting, scene composition, and real-time rendering optimization.
• English: Intermediate (B1) or higher for communicating with team members and clients via chat, email, and documentation.
