Requirements

• 3+ years of commercial software development experience.
• Proven fluency with AI tools such as Codex and Claude.
• Experience in implementing and setting up AI-assisted development processes.
• Ability to utilize MCP servers for work automation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High learning agility and curiosity about emerging technologies.
