What you will do

• Engineer innovative back-end builds and scalable software solutions.
• Implement sophisticated systems to improve overall performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with R&D, Front-End, and QA teams to refine the SDLC and Agile practices.
• Conduct detailed code reviews to ensure software excellence.
• Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency and support data-driven decisions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Must be open to and willing to adapt to using AI tools in the development process.
• Experience with NoSQL databases, specifically MongoDB.
• Must be authorized to work in Poland without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL databases (Postgres).
• Proficiency with Kafka and Redis.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and reactive programming.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
