What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop the mobile engineering team, driving ownership and accountability across project milestones.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance on mobile development, architecture, and engineering best practices.
• Champion the adoption of AI tools and workflows (code generation, review, testing) to increase delivery velocity and quality.
• Own end-to-end delivery of mobile features and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers to execute goals effectively.
• Serve as the technical expert for complex mobile challenges, maintaining robustness and scalability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of mobile engineering experience, with 3+ years in a team lead or management role.
• Solid technical expertise in iOS or Android development and the broader mobile ecosystem.
• Proven integration of AI tools into your personal and team engineering workflows.
• Strong communication skills to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have current right to work in Singapore (no sponsorship provided).

• Experience shipping AI-powered features such as personalization or on-device inference.
