TL;DR
Senior Data Engineer (AI): Architecting and building the foundational Data Engine for an Agent Development Platform with an accent on ETL/ELT pipelines, vector stores, and knowledge graphs. Focus on creating secure data interfaces for autonomous AI agents and implementing RAG infrastructure.
Location: UA-Remote (must be based in Ukraine)

What you will do
- Design and implement the Data Engine responsible for extracting, cleaning, and materializing proprietary Real Estate data.
- Provision and optimize a data stack including PostgreSQL, Redshift, Airflow, and Vector Stores (ChromaDB, PGVector).
- Develop Model Context Protocol (MCP) adapters and secure SDK endpoints for agent-data interfacing.
- Build Knowledge Graphs using Neo4j to model complex relationships between leases and entities.
- Configure and maintain RAG infrastructure, including document ingestion pipelines and metadata management.
- Implement strict logical data isolation models to ensure multi-tenant security.
Requirements
- Deep expertise in building production-grade ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with Vector Databases (Chroma, PGVector) and Graph Databases (Neo4j).
- Proven track record of managing data services within the AWS stack (RDS, S3, event-driven architectures).
- Experience building data solutions meeting SOC 2 and GDPR standards.
- Must be based in Ukraine.
Nice to have
- Experience with Temporal for managing long-running data workflows.
- Understanding of agentic frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
- Familiarity with Commercial Real Estate data structures.
