Engineering Director, Frontend Business Lead (Web3)

What you will do

• Lead the frontend team across Trading and Payment verticals, overseeing hiring, development, and pipeline building.
• Drive technical design and delivery for trading system experiences, wallet management, and payment gateway integrations.
• Integrate AI into product decisions and design to reshape user expectations and increase R&D efficiency.
• Establish high engineering quality standards for private key security, attack prevention, and compliance auditing.
• Collaborate with Product, Backend, Security, and Compliance teams to drive high-impact business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field with 10+ years of engineering experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing technical teams.
• Deep command of React/Vue internals, engineering toolchains, and performance optimization.
• Proven track record leading frontend for products with 1M+ DAU in high-concurrency, high-availability environments.
• Strong understanding of CEX/DEX trading mechanics, Web3 wallets, and payment ecosystems.
• Must have current right to work in Singapore.
