What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable automation workflows using hirify.global products.
• Analyze business processes to identify and implement efficiency improvements.
• Create reusable components and maintain high-quality, structured code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation with third-party technologies.
• Troubleshoot robotic processes and provide timely technical resolutions.
• Deliver training and mentoring sessions to support internal and client adoption.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development life cycle and automation technologies.
• Strong understanding of VB, object-oriented programming, and database query languages.
• Proven ability to translate complex business problems into logical technical tasks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Paris, France.

Nice to have

• Experience with large language models and agentic implementations.
• Background in project and change management, including UAT oversight.
• Industry-specific experience in financial services, public sector, manufacturing, or healthcare.
