Finance Manager

What you will do

• Manage and oversee finance processes across multiple legal entities in Canada, the US, and Europe.
• Prepare and maintain management reporting, cash flow, P&L, budgets, and forecasts.
• Control payments, invoices, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
• Ensure financial data accuracy within QuickBooks.
• Coordinate with accountants, tax advisors, and external providers across different countries.
• Build, document, and improve internal finance processes and controls.

Requirements

• Must be based in Ukraine or be a Ukrainian who has relocated to Europe
• Experience as a Finance Manager, Senior Accountant, or Financial Controller.
• Practical experience working with legal entities in Canada, the US, and Europe.
• Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks.
• Understanding of international finance processes, accounting logic, and tax considerations.
• English level B2+ or higher

Nice to have

• Experience in IT, consulting, or international services.
• Experience working with multiple currencies.
• Experience automating financial reporting or integrating finance tools.
• Experience supporting audits or preparing financial packages.
