What you will do

• Own the annual budgeting process and build 5-year forecasting models for the Lending business.
• Manage weekly and monthly performance dashboards tracking origination volumes, default rates, and net interest margins.
• Own the Lending P&L narrative and partner with controllers to validate ECL provisions and business economics.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Lending Lead to translate strategy into financial implications and business cases.
• Develop unit economics models for new partnership due diligence and analyze the transition from partner-funded to own-funded models.
• Automate reporting by migrating manual processes to Workday and Tableau.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in FP&A or commercial finance within financial services, fintech, or lending.
• Fluent English is required.
• Strong expertise in Excel for handling large loan-level datasets and creating dynamic dashboards.
• Deep understanding of lending economics and credit risk concepts, including ECL provisions and vintage analysis.
• Proven experience in owning annual budgets and multi-year forecasting from first principles.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with cross-functional teams such as product, operations, and risk.
