What you will do

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting for assigned business perimeters.
• Coordinate month-end close activities in NetSuite, including AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger processes.
• Manage EU VAT reporting and Corporate Income Tax compliance across EU jurisdictions.
• Monitor departmental budgets and identify cost optimization opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Oversee liquidity planning, cash flow forecasting, and payment scheduling.
• Partner with business leaders to deliver ad hoc financial analysis and scenario modeling for strategic decisions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Financial Control.
• Solid understanding of EU taxation and financial reporting.
• English: B2–C1 proficiency required.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including financial modeling and data analysis.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Odoo, QuickBooks, or Xero.
• Experience in cryptocurrency, digital assets, mining, or fintech sectors is highly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
• Background working with multi-entity or international businesses.
• Understanding of unit economics, including LTV and CAC.
