What you will do

• Lead and manage a team of penetration testers, providing mentorship and professional development.
• Define and maintain global penetration testing methodologies and quality standards.
• Oversee end-to-end security assessment engagements and ensure accurate risk evaluation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve overall security posture and integrate testing into delivery pipelines.
• Drive continuous improvement and automation of security testing practices.
• Ensure consistency of security assessments across global teams through standardization.

Requirements

• Must be based in Madrid, Spain.
• Extensive professional experience in penetration testing and vulnerability management.
• Proven experience in leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.
• Strong knowledge of application, infrastructure, and cloud security.
• Experience in building and maintaining testing processes and governance standards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling pentesting functions within large organizations.
• Expertise in risk-based vulnerability management and DevSecOps integration.
• Experience working in highly regulated environments.
• Relevant certifications such as OSWE, OSEP, eWPTX, CPTS, CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
