What you will do

• Pioneer and prototype new viral content formats for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts.
• Scale successful content strategies across creators in the US, Europe, and LatAm.
• Analyze performance data to understand virality drivers and optimize content strategy.
• Manage creator programs and content operations to ensure consistent growth.
• Use AI tools as a force multiplier for research, scripting, and editing.
• Collaborate directly with founders and leadership in a flat, high-ownership environment.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to relocate to Berlin, in-office 5 days/week.
• Willingness and eagerness to present yourself on camera.
• Proven experience in content creation, high-growth startups, or similar projects.
• Strong instinct for short-form video content and what drives engagement among teenagers.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Ability to ship fast and work with urgency in a scrappy startup environment.
