Location: Must be eligible to work and live in Poland; Hybrid in Warsaw (4 days per month in the office).

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end translation lifecycle, including scoping requests and coordinating with stakeholders.
• Prepare and manage projects within CAT tools while maintaining up-to-date documentation.
• Perform linguistic and functional QA checks to ensure adherence to style guides and terminology bases.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding project status and requirements.
• Contribute to process improvements, including bug fixing and maintenance of translation memories.
• Track project metrics and document operational workflows to drive efficiency.

Requirements

• Written fluency in Arabic is required.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, Philology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in translation, localization, or linguistic project management.
• Hands-on experience with Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) tools.
• Must be eligible to work and live in Poland.

Nice to have

• Intermediate written proficiency in Chinese, Korean, Turkish, or Thai.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
