What you will do

• Source and onboard real users for testimonial campaigns via Facebook Groups, in-app flows, and email.
• Manage testimonial pricing, negotiations, consent forms, rights management, and payment coordination.
• Maintain structured archives of materials and contracts across Dropbox and Google Drive.
• Edit and retouch photos using AI tools and perform light video marking in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Collaborate with Creative Production, CRM, and Affiliate Marketing teams to create and adapt content briefs.
• Participate in design loops and brainstorming sessions to align testimonials with marketing funnels.

Requirements

• Experience in UGC sourcing, testimonial coordination, content operations, or community management.
• Native or fluent English (C1+) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Google Workspace tools.
• Ability to independently manage multiple contributors, deadlines, and commercial agreements.
• High level of ownership regarding budget tracking and rights management.

Nice to have

• Experience with Airtable.
• Background in health, wellness, or lifestyle industries.
• Familiarity with performance marketing creatives and UGC workflows.
