What you will do

• Turn design mockups into fast, responsive websites and own the end-to-end launch process.
• Build and maintain practice-area pages, landing pages, and blog templates within the CMS.
• Optimize site architecture, crawlability, indexation, and Core Web Vitals.
• Implement structured data and legal schema to enhance search visibility.
• Lead high-intent keyword research and local SEO strategies for NYC-based legal services.
• Manage GA4, Google Search Console, and CRO experiments to improve conversion paths.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil.
• 3+ years of experience in web design/build and SEO.
• Proven track record building conversion-focused sites on Webflow or WordPress.
• Strong understanding of technical, on-page, and local SEO strategies.
• Ability to manage web launches and migrations independently.
• Proficiency in English for professional communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in marketing for law firms or high-intent local services.
• Familiarity with legal intake tools, CRMs, and call-tracking platforms.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
