What you will do

• Support technical compliance for casino games and platforms across multiple regulated jurisdictions throughout the product lifecycle.
• Interpret and communicate regulatory requirements to internal teams to ensure correct implementation in development.
• Coordinate certification activities with external testing laboratories such as GLI, BMM, and eCOGRA.
• Maintain accurate certification records, compliance documentation, and audit evidence.
• Participate in internal, external, and regulatory audits, supporting preparation and follow-up.
• Develop and oversee internal policies to ensure continued regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Preferred minimum of 3 years of experience in Technical Compliance, Certification, or QA Compliance within the iGaming industry.
• Technical background with the ability to apply jurisdiction-specific requirements for online casino games.
• Experience working with regulated markets such as the UK, Malta, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Greece, Romania, Ontario, or New Jersey.
• Experience managing submissions to certification bodies (GLI, BMM, eCOGRA).
• Familiarity with RNG certifications, game rule reviews, and RTP management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1).
