What you will do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts by building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive retention, adoption, and expansion.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities through consultative engagement.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to advocate for account needs.
- Own account forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to ensure visibility on growth and risks.
- Contribute to a culture of knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement within the Key Account Management team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in strategic account management or customer success.
- Strong executive-level communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commercial sharpness with a proven ability to drive growth and own outcomes.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot and ability to analyze account data.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle escalations professionally.
- Must be based in the UK.
