What you will do

• Monitor and manage system alerts using Slack and AWS dashboards.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Perform investigation and log analysis leveraging AI-assisted tools.
• Gain hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, SQS, RDS, and ECS.
• Contribute to the refinement of AI prompts and workflows for the support team.

Requirements

• Fluent communication in both English and Mandarin is essential
• Basic knowledge of .NET Framework, .NET Core (ASP.NET Core MVC), JavaScript, and CSS.
• Basic understanding of AWS services, dockerization, and containerization.
• Familiarity with SQL queries and RESTful API design.
• Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy and relevance.
