TL;DR

B2B Brand & Graphic Designer: Executing high-quality visual assets and managing design operations for a high-growth HR platform with an accent on brand consistency and strategic stakeholder consulting. Focus on scoping design requests, mentoring contractors, and evolving the brand system to support marketing and sales initiatives.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Lehi, Utah (3-day in-office requirement)

Salary: $30–$45 per hour

hirify.global is a mission-driven, high-growth Series B company building an all-in-one HR, payroll, and hiring platform for the hourly workforce.

What you will do

  • Ensure brand consistency and clarity across all marketing, sales, and product-facing materials.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders, guiding them on the best visual approach for their objectives.
  • Own the design request intake process, scoping projects by defining goals, audiences, and timelines.
  • Manage and mentor part-time designers and contractors to maintain high quality standards.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, growth, and sales teams to translate initiatives into visual communication.
  • Establish and maintain scalable design patterns, templates, and brand standards.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work from the Lehi, Utah office 3 days per week.
  • Strong design craft and visual storytelling capabilities.
  • Experience in project scoping, prioritization, and managing design operations.
  • Confidence in advising stakeholders and pushing back on requests when necessary.
  • Ability to mentor and elevate other designers or contractors.
