Location: Hybrid (Manila, Philippines) - 2 days office, 3 days remote per week

What you will do
- Engage customers in a consultative capacity to provide expertise on products, CRM, and contact center ecosystems.
- Manage end-to-end system life cycle development for small to large-scale projects, including costing proposals and risk analysis.
- Supervise, mentor, and coach a team of direct reports including Associate, Staff, and Senior-level members.
- Oversee technical configuration, database design, and provide technical architecture leadership.
- Monitor project request queues, balance team workload, and ensure delivery within SLA expectations.
- Conduct business area assessments, user needs analysis, and prepare business cases for new projects.
Requirements
- BS/BA in a technical (CS/IS/EE) or business (Marketing/MIS) field; MBA preferred.
- 6+ years of professional experience beyond education.
- 3-5 years of management experience.
- Deep expertise in contact center KPIs, business analysis, or software engineering.
- Must be based in Manila, Philippines to adhere to the hybrid work model.
