What you will do
- Own the end-to-end experience of the company website, including information architecture and visual interactions.
- Partner with engineering to implement designs with a focus on performance and technical craft.
- Drive landing page strategy for features, comparisons, and marketing campaigns.
- Concept and build interactive, experimental web experiences that push browser capabilities.
- Develop self-service design systems and toolkits to enable marketing partners to ship quickly.
- Evaluate and integrate new AI tools and workflows into the design team's processes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience crafting outstanding digital experiences across brand, web, and interactive design.
- Strong systems-thinking ability to design scalable components and page relationships.
- Proven experience with motion and animation as a core design element.
- Background in abstract technical products, developer tools, or infrastructure SaaS.
- Proficiency in using AI tools as a regular part of the design workflow.
- Ability to own projects from concept to shipment with high autonomy.
Nice to have
- Experience with shaders, 3D, or WebGL.
- Advanced motion design or animation skills beyond basic transitions.
