What you will do

• Own and build features and services for a messaging platform processing billions of messages.
• Design and optimize highly-scalable campaign pipelines for email, SMS, and other channels.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on system design and engineering practices.
• Identify and resolve complex performance and scalability bottlenecks in production systems.
• Mentor team members and participate in the technical interview process to maintain high engineering standards.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience in software engineering with a track record of delivering complex systems.
• Deep understanding of large-scale system architecture, design patterns, and performance trade-offs.
• Proven ability to diagnose and solve performance degradation, database, and queueing issues.
• Experience with Python, Django, MySQL, Redis, and AWS.
• Strong collaborative mindset and experience working in autonomous agile teams.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Dublin, Ireland (relocation support provided).
