Location: Remote/work from home; must reside in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia.
Base pay: $218,592–$286,902 per year in California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, and Washington; $196,732–$258,211 per year in other locations.

What you will do
- Lead market-specific strategic advisory and intelligence across Oscar’s service areas.
- Oversee market research, competitive intelligence, and product portfolio performance analytics.
- Develop market and product-specific strategies based on competitive, regulatory, and consumer trends.
- Translate complex analyses into executive-ready recommendations and strategic insights.
- Assess portfolio performance and support product positioning, investments, partnerships, and market expansion.
- Lead strategic programs, planning sessions, executive materials, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 12+ years of experience in healthcare strategy, insurance product strategy, consulting, or strategic planning.
- 6+ years of people leadership experience managing multi-level teams.
- Expertise in ACA individual and small group QHP markets.
- Experience with market analytics, competitor intelligence, and business case development.
- Must reside in one of the specified U.S. states.
Nice to have
- MBA, MHA, MPH, or a related advanced degree.
- Experience in internal strategy or consulting functions.
- Familiarity with ACA market dynamics and healthcare competitive landscapes.
- Experience supporting market expansion and healthcare partnership strategies.
- Experience working with large datasets and distilling analyses into actionable business insights.
