What you will do

• Develop and maintain consistent HACCP and SSOP programs to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead focused improvement teams to address food safety and product quality challenges.
• Support plant management during regulatory audits and inspector challenges.
• Utilize process metrics to identify root causes and resolve problems before they impact safety or costs.
• Mentor and develop team leads and QA technicians through training and performance management.
• Facilitate corrective action responses for customer complaints and quality trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• 5-10 years of related experience in quality or food safety.
• 3-5 years of experience in sanitation supervisory or production roles.
• Five years of supervisory experience managing teams.
• Strong knowledge of Microbiology, Food Science, or Chemistry.
• Ability to work in a plant environment with exposure to various industrial conditions.
