What you will do

• Lead the collection, organization, and analysis of data from diverse sources to inform influencer marketing strategies.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize key trends and performance insights.
• Identify and implement opportunities for campaign optimization and improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven recommendations.
• Mentor and train junior data analysts to support team growth.
• Stay current with industry trends in data analysis and influencer marketing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or computer science.
• 3+ years of experience in a data analysis role, including at least 2 years in a leadership position.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
