What you will do
- Monitor application and infrastructure health to identify and address potential issues.
- Respond promptly to incidents and outages to minimize operational impact.
- Perform initial triage and impact assessment of detected events.
- Escalate complex issues to Level 2 support teams and collaborate on resolutions.
- Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and maintain knowledge base articles.
- Develop automation opportunities for repetitive tasks to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is required.
- Must be willing to work 12-hour shifts in a 24x7 rotation (including holidays, weekends, and overnights).
- Must have or be eligible to obtain Government of Canada Secret Clearance.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada in a full-time capacity.
- 2-3 years of experience in technology operations within a 24x7 environment.
- Proficiency with event management tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Splunk, PagerDuty, Dynatrace).
