What you will do

• Source and recruit candidates meeting strict standards in military, law enforcement, or travel security.
• Conduct deep-dive interviews to challenge and verify candidate experience.
• Verify critical documentation, including DD-214 forms and state-specific Security Guard Cards.
• Manage the full-cycle screening process, including criminal background checks and drug testing.
• Maintain the Bullhorn CRM with high accuracy regarding candidate credentials and availability.
• Coordinate urgent staffing needs for immediate deployment based on client requests.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in a specialized HR or Recruitment role.
• 4-year College Degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Bullhorn CRM or similar recruitment CRM systems.
• Fluent English with exceptional communication and diplomatic skills.
• Based in Sparks, MD, USA.
