What you will do

• Develop Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTO) and Modification Kit Parts Lists (MKPL) for F-22 aircraft systems.
• Utilize Drawing Database applications to author technical orders.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Kit Management teams to ensure all technical and programmatic requirements are met.
• Support Tech Data Requirements personnel in the development of proposal inputs.
• Engage with internal and external customers on a variety of technical assignments.

Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen for government security clearance (Secret level).
• Experience with aircraft technical manuals, task relationships, and TCTO/Technical Order System requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret aircraft engineering drawings and process specifications.
• Familiarity with airframe, aircraft systems, and subsystems.
• Prior experience in technical writing and Technical Orders (TO) development.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Technical Order (TO) 00-5-15 AF Time Compliance Technical Order Process requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
